Anne Hathaway continues to embrace the no-pants trend in New York City.
The Oscar winner arrived at the screening of her latest film, Eileen, sporting a daring outfit.
She appeared to be wearing nothing but sheer black tights and black Proenza Schouler over-the-knee boots.
However, it was revealed that she had a pair of tiny hot pants beneath her oversized rosette-adorned Valentino red button-up.
Hathaway’s longtime stylist, Erin Walsh, confirmed this on Instagram.
The look was completed with accessories from Bulgari and Effy Jewelry, along with a fabulous hairstyle by Orlando Pita and glamorous makeup by Gucci Westman.
In Eileen, based on Ottessa Moshfegh’s novel, Hathaway plays a prison psychologist who forms a twisted friendship with a young colleague.
She described the film as a combination of Carol and Reservoir Dogs.
The movie will be released in select theaters on December 1, followed by a full theatrical release on December 8..
