Henry has been promoted to the post after a 15-year career with the board sports group. He started as store manager for Quiksilver

In January 2022, he was promoted to the role of head of retail EMEA for all the brands owned by the Boardriders group: Quiksilver, Boardriders, ElementRoxyRVCADC Shoes

In his new role, Henry has taken over from Emilie Souvras. The latter is the global general manager of women’s sportswear brand Roxy, and in the last two years was also overseeing the Boardriders group’s retail business as a whole. She will now focus again primarily on Roxy.
