What men? Zoë Kravitz was the true star of the GQ’s 2022 Men of the Year Awards red carpet.
I love Brendan Fraser as much as the next person, but how can I focus on the other honorees when Kravitz steps onto the red carpet wearing Saint Laurent? On November 17, the Batman actor arrived at the West Hollywood Edition hotel wearing a sultry floor-length black dress with a diamond-shaped ab cutout and a plunging V neckline. Kravitz looked absolutely stunning in the long-sleeve dress, which she paired with subtle Tiffany & Co. jewelry and a crimson manicure.
The Saint Laurent gown first appeared on the runway at Paris Fashion Week as part of the brand’s spring-summer 2023 ready-to-wear collection. Hailey Bieber is another fan of the look, opting to wear the sleeveless brown version of the dress to the Academy Museum Gala in October. Like Kravitz, she kept the jewelry and makeup minimal but did wear a simple choker necklace. Clearly, both Hollywood It girls were willing to let the dress speak for itself.
Both dresses call a lot of attention to bare skin. Though much of Kravitz’s body is covered in delicate tattoos, the actor recently revealed that she plans to remove some of her ink, including the star on her middle finger she got when she was 18. “Just things, I’m like, ‘I don’t need this on my body,’” she said in her own .
Zoë Kravitz only lightly touched on her relationship with Channing Tatum, whom she’s been dating since August 2021. “You want to keep it sacred and private as long as you can,” she said. “So that you don’t have to even think about what the world thinks about it.”
