Billie Eilish is committed to keeping the goth-girl trend alive. With her raven locks and penchant for an all-black look, the star remains captivated by the moody glamour that dominated red carpets and runways last year, championed by Lizzo, Kate Moss, and Bella Hadid at the Met Gala, and boho queen Sienna Miller while out and about in London.
A recent Instagram post from the singer found her wearing a sultry black slip with a lacy bra beneath and monogrammed Gucci tights. Around her neck: layered silver chains, pearls, and beads, including a B initial pendant in gothic serif font.

Of course, this is far from Eilish’s first time at the goth rodeo. She’s walked countless red carpets in attitude-packed black looks (her turns in custom Gucci at last year’s Oscars and in Rick Owens at the Grammys are but two examples).
Her taste for the aesthetic was reflected in her transformative cover shoot for British too. Alongside the blush lingerie that she wore for her headline-making moment, she posed in a custom black mesh catsuit and corset by Mugler, providing the perfect contrast to the bright blonde hair she sported in the editorial.
Other goth girls of the moment include Rihanna and Jenna Ortega, who has been channeling her TV alter ego offscreen since being cast as the lead in Netflix’s hit series Wednesday.
