While it feels as if most famous women are experimenting with red hair this spring, Lily James has opted for an altogether darker new shade, which she showed off as she attended an event to celebrate her TV drama, The Pursuit of Love, in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
Just back from a tropical holiday, where she posted a photo of herself with salty beach waves and sun-kissed ends, the Pam & Tommy star paired her new deep brunette shade (so dark that it’s verging on black) with a minimal but bronzed makeup look. Glossy and healthy, but with naturally undone texture, the new shade lent a grungy aesthetic to James’s otherwise polished look.
