Jennifer Lopez Took Her Latest High-Slit Dress to New Extremes With a Dramatic Ab Cutout

Jennifer Lopez’s latest date-night dress screams “back up, bitch” louder than her words ever could.

On November 17, Jennifer Lopez and husband Ben Affleck hosted a poker and blackjack tournament to help kick off Formula 1’s Las Vegas Grand Prix while raising money for Affleck’s nonprofit Eastern Congo Initiative. The pair began the evening by posing on the red carpet at the Lavo nightclub, located inside The Venetian Resort—and it’s hard to imagine any of the other guests shining as brightly as Lopez.

Thanks to her own JLo Beauty products, Lopez’s skin was positively glowing in her sparkling David Koma gown, which featured a dramatic ab cutout and a thigh-high slit. She topped off her party look with bold diamond earrings and a pair of platform pumps. For his part, Ben Affleck went with a blue suit, shirking a tie and leaving his white dress shirt unbuttoned at the collar for an added bit of sex appeal.

Though Jennifer Lopez recently debuted an American manicure, courtesy of nail artist Tom Bachik, the duo switched things up with a coffin-shaped manicure in “the perfect nude.” To replicate the look yourself, Bachik used the gel nail color Forgotten Film by Aprés.

If there’s one place Jennifer Lopez is guaranteed to have a good time, it’s Las Vegas. It’s only been a little over a year since Lopez and Affleck eloped in “the wedding capital of the world” back in July 2022. “Behind us two men held hands and held each other,” she told “On the JLo” newsletter readers at the time. “In front of us, a young couple who made the three-hour drive from Victorville on their daughter’s second birthday—all of us wanting the same thing—for the world to recognize us as partners and to declare our love to the world through the ancient and nearly universal symbol of marriage.”

Just last month Lopez ventured back to Vegas to see both Usher’s and Adele’s Vegas residencies. In a video posted to her Instagram, the 54-year-old can be seen jamming out to Usher’s “Burn” and receiving a shoutout from Adele during “Someone Like You.”
